Dr. Hadeed’s network status varies depending on where treatment occurs, as he operates in multiple settings including solo practice, group practice, and inpatient practice. In outpatient settings, including his consulting practice, solo practice and outpatient clinic, he is not in-network with Medicare, AHCCCS, or Tricare; however, patients have the option to self-pay for services. For inpatient care, network status may differ based on the facility where treatment is provided and may incorrectly list Dr. Hadeed as “In Network” for outpatient services at different office locations. Patients are encouraged to verify their coverage and discuss payment options prior to scheduling an appointment to ensure clarity regarding insurance acceptance and self-pay rates.

Dr. Hadeed is in network with major commercial insurances at his group psychiatric practice, Arizona Psychiatry, though may not have any availability to see new patients due to his multiple practice settings.
