George Hadeed, MD is a Tucson psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of mood and substance use disorders. He is a cofounder of Arizona Psychiatry, PLLC, an outpatient psychiatric group in Tucson, Arizona. He also works at the New Beginnings Clinic which is a certified Opioid Treatment Program provides substance use disorder treatment. He is certified to provide buprenorphine (Suboxone, Zubsolv) and naltrexone (Vivitrol). He is also an assistant clinical professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine where he precepts medical students.
George Hadeed, MD is a wildcat at heart. He attended medical school at the University of Arizona where he went on to complete residency in Psychiatry at the University of Arizona Department of Psychiatry. As a resident he served as a Chief Resident in his PGY 4 year. He was also awarded the Arizona Psychiatric Society Resident Recognition Award in 2018 for his patient care and support of peers, leadership, community service, advocacy, and clinical excellence.
