Integrative Psychiatry

Integrative Psychiatry is the practice of Psychiatry which incorporates both traditional and complementary practices to treat psychiatric illness. This type of practice tends to focus on the individual as a whole, instead of focusing in on a particular disease or disorder.

  • Physical Exercise, Yoga
  • Mindfulness, meditation practices
  • Mind-Body exercises
