Psychotherapy is used to treat various mental disorders with the goal of improving insight into troublesome behaviors, beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. While there are numerous types of psychotherapy, I do not subscribe to any particular therapy doctrine, and instead incorporate various aspects of each into my practice of psychotherapy. I primarily draw from the psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral disciplines.

Typical sessions are 45 minutes long, however can go longer as needed or indicated.
